Secure Payments

Designs From Pamela uses Paypal® for all of their online payments. PayPal uses SSL technology to keep your information safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal, the recipient (Designs From Pamela) will not receive sensitive financial information like your credit card or bank account number. This way, you need not be concerned about paying people you don't know.

Who can purchase from Designs From Pamela?

Designs From Pamela will ship orders worldwide. If, however, you require shipping to a location outside of the Continental United States, please email us at info@DesignsFromPamela.com prior to placing an order. We will contact you in return with the correct shipping charges to your location.

Types of payments

You may purchase by check or money order made out to Designs From Pamela. Just fill in the order form online and print, or print form and fill out manually, and send along with your payment. (See check/money order page) Please note that payment must be in U.S. dollars only. We charge a $30.00 fee on all returned checks. In the event that your check is returned, you will be asked to pay by money order or PayPal.

Designs From Pamela accepts credit and debit cards through PayPal (online only). Through PayPal, we currently accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover Card, American Express, debit cards with any of the previous logos on them, eCheck,* and Instant Transfer.**

*eCheck - With eCheck payments, PayPal debit's the buyer's bank account, but no back-up funding source is used. Therefore, eCheck payments may take 3-5 business days to clear, and will not be credited to Designs From Pamela's PayPal account until the bank transfer has succeeded.

**Instant Transfer - With Instant Transfer, PayPal debits the payment amount directly from the buyer's bank account. If the bank transfer fails, the back-up funding source (usually the buyer's Primary credit card) will be charged to complete the payment.

When ordering through PayPal, you can use your PayPal account or just use your credit card. To sign up for a PayPal account, please visit www.paypal.com.

Ordering Process

1. Pay for your product ordered by PayPal, Check or Money Order.

2. If paying by PayPal, you will receive a receipt from PayPal in your email once the payment transaction is complete.

3. If you are ordering outside of the Continental U.S. and are paying by PayPal, you will receive an electronic invoice from PayPal on behalf of Designs From Pamela. Note: The total amount of your order will need to be verified first through email, as noted previously.

4. For purchases made with PayPal, check, or money order, you will receive your order via USPS First Class Mail within 5 to 10 business days. International orders will be shipped with comparable rates and may require additional delivery time.

5. If your purchase was made by check or eCheck, your order will ship after payment has cleared.

Return Policy

Sorry, due to the nature of our business, there are no exchanges or refunds made for purchases. We make every effort to provide you with a good product representation and description on our website in order to help you in your purchasing decision.

Shipping

We ship all orders by USPS First Class Mail which usually takes 2 - 5 business days for delivery within the Continental U.S. International shipping may require additional time.

Currently we charge $1.50 for shipping per pattern. (within Continental U.S.) Internationl shipping charges are made on an individual basis.

State of Virginia residents add an additional 5% sales tax.
