online payments. PayPal's service builds on the existing
financial infrastructure of bank accounts and credit
cards and utilizes the world's most advanced proprietary

safe. In addition, when you send a payment using PayPal,
the recipient (Designs From Pamela) won't receive
sensitive financial information like your credit card

Who can purchase from Designs From Pamela?
Sorry, we only accept orders from the U.S. and Canada.
Types of payments
We currently accept Visa Card, Mastercard, Discover
Card, American Express, Debit cards with any of the
previous logos on them, eCheck*, and Instant Transfer**.
*eCheck - With eCheck payments, PayPal debit's the
buyer's bank account, but no back-up funding source
is used. Therefore, eCheck payments may take 3-5 business
days to clear, and will not be credited to Designs
From Pamela's PayPal account until the bank transfer
has succeeded.
**Instant Transfer - With Instant Transfer, PayPal
debits the payment amount directly from the buyer's
bank account. If the bank transfer fails, the back-up
funding source (usually the buyer's Primary credit
card) will be charged to complete the payment.
Limits
With PayPal, every new PayPal account
has a Sending Limit (the total amount of money you can
send using PayPal before becoming Verified). The Sending
Limit for most U.S. accounts is $2,000. If the buyer
will exceed his Sending Limit by making a payment, he/she
will be required to become Verified (by adding and confirming
a bank account) before completing the payment. For any

Ordering Process
1. Pay for your product ordered
by PayPal, Check or Money Order by mail.
2. Once the payment transaction
is complete, you will receive a receipt from PayPal
in your email.
3. For the patterns by mail, by
PayPal, you will receive your pattern via USPS within
5 to 10 business days.
Note: Additional time may be required
if purchasing a needlework kit, depending on availability.
Return Policy

Shipping and Handling
All orders by mail will be mailed by the
US Postal service. We send orders by standard mail and
usually takes 2 - 5 business days for delivery.
Currently we charge $1.50 for shipping
and handling charges per pattern. Shipping and handling
charges for kits will be more.
State of Virginia residents add an additional
5% sales tax.
